Powder Coating Info
As of mid-2020, all Goblin chassis are shipped uncoated and will need to be coated or painted after you receive the kit.
We found that keeping the quality of the powder coating to our expectations during transportation from the powder coater to us & in some cases, even after pick up, became a nightmare. Possible scratches, etc. are not the way we want to deliver our product to you so we ask that you arrange this on your end at a local coating shop near you. Talk with your local friends, jump on the Forum & see if someone near you has used a coating shop they can recommend or do a Google search for one.

- Extended chassis - 127" x 52" x 44"
When it comes to choosing a color for your chassis, you might want to visit a local coating shop to see colors or order swatches so you can see the colors in person. Of course, there's always our Forum https://dfkitcar.com/forum/index.php where you can see photos posted of Goblins. Feel free to reach out to the member on there & ask them about their color if you really like it! You'll find our Forum members so helpful!
When it comes to transporting the frame to & from the coating shop we suggest a trailer but a truck bed will work. Either way, we strongly suggest blankets to protect the chassis like this:
